How We Work

The goal of KCS is to provide your company with analytical chemistry support to meet your specific needs. We offer analytical expertise, with a thorough knowledge of the laboratory procedures required by US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or international Board of Health (BOH) in regulated drug industry. Dr. Kucera was a member of USP expert committees for many years preparing monographs for API, DS, OTC and botanical products. Consulting projects are established based on mutual understanding of the project scope, confidentiality, timing and cost. We know that many times, there is an urgent need to address a project very quickly so that the product on the market is not harmed or a subject of a regulatory action. Since each client's situation may require special handling and needs, we advocate a confidential, clear, open and frequent communication with the client and aim to rapidly address the project to successful completion. We maintain complete confidentiality of information and prepare well defined project proposals.

Projects can be undertaken remotely at our office in Fort Myers, Florida or at the client's own premises. Both short- and long-term appointments are welcome. KCS is networked with other independent providers of specialized drug development services, both in the US and Internationally, and we can provide recommendations about their services as well. We have access to other consultants in biological, botanical, regulatory and OTC pharmaceutical field.
